"While team-work is key for achieving consistent success, innovation is needed for reaching new stages and delivering outstanding results."
Be it an airport terminal in Perth developed across 1.2 million sq ft, a multi-family development for The Irvine Company in Oakland, a 3.5 million Sq Ft complex hospital in Abu Dhabi, a 650,000 Sq Ft headquarter office building in Melbourne, a 40-story mixed-use tower in San Diego, or a client program for brands like McDonald's and Target, her solid background gives her the framework to coordinate diverse teams collaboratively and leverage the skills of each member, to excel and deliver outstanding results.
Her approach is centered on removing obstacles for the team to perform at its best, whilst willing to share her expertise to deliver higher standards.
Lucrecia finds challenges as new opportunities to innovate and learn new ways of making things even better than before. Because of that, she thrives in innovative environments where problems are seen as the fuel for new ideas.
She has mastered the random skill to organize trips, probably after traveling for so many years, from project to project.
