Leveraging over 20 years in the GC world, Marcelo excels at resolving technical complexities across diverse projects. His expertise lies in identifying and coordinating potential issues among various disciplines, ensuring seamless collaboration with all stakeholders.

As Construction Project Manager, Marcelo has been a valuable design coordination and construction management team member since joining Corbis in 2019. With his architectural background and solid experience in plan coordination review, quantity survey, cost estimation, and job site supervision, he oversees each project phase to guarantee that the most significant levels of efficiency and quality are reached.

No matter the size of the project he undertakes, he has worked in technical management for large-scale engineering projects, including highways and road works. He has also applied his keen eye and attention to detail to help detect, report, and propose solutions to critical clashes in residential, hospitality, sports, healthcare, and commercial project models.

I thrive on uncovering hidden opportunities that benefit our clients. By identifying previously unnoticed details, I help them save costs and streamline project efficiency.

His strong communication and problem-solving skills make him a natural fit for the complexities of construction projects. He builds strong relationships with clients, contractors, and his team, ensuring everyone stays on the same page about project goals and expectations.
