This article summarizes our collaboration with RSP, a globally recognized architectural studio, to streamline architectural production for a mixed-use development in the UAE. By having one of our team members on-site at their office, we improved communication between everyone involved and helped decisions get made more quickly and in real time.
When a project begins, its schedule quickly becomes the team's top priority. And, when needed, we embed ourselves directly in our clients' environments, placing on-site coordinators in their offices to strengthen communication, coordination, and decision-making. The result is a more agile process, reduced back-and-forth, and real-time alignment across teams.
In this case, we joined RSP, the globally awarded architectural studio, on a masterplan-scale urban district in Abu Dhabi, an integrated mixed-use development of significant complexity. Our scope focused on three key assets, including four buildings across hospitality, residential, and sports sectors.

To streamline architectural production during concept design and work closely with the RSP team, our on-site coordinator was based on-site in Dubai alongside the client’s team for five weeks. This followed an earlier on-site placement that had already enhanced coordination and brought greater alignment among the teams involved.
This on-site role centered on enabling progress: supporting meetings with hotel operators and MEP consultants, reinforcing design-assist workflows, strengthening interdisciplinary coordination, and helping teams make timely, well-informed decisions (always maintaining clear, consistent communication).
On-site presence gave us deeper insight into RSP’s priorities, workflows, and pace. This proximity enabled our remote team to remain proactive and aligned, respond quickly, and deliver solutions that fit the project’s evolving needs.
We believe that cultural and physical proximity enhances communication, builds trust, and unlocks better problem-solving. Over the past 25 years, we've deployed more than 500 on-site coordinators across 50+ cities, embedding into teams to help projects move forward with clarity and confidence. Read other related stories.
