In 2025, we developed an internal learning path to train our staff on critical industry topics. This time, we open the doors to knowledge to share what we have learned.
Staying at the forefront of technology is key to being a relevant player in this demanding industry. Beyond exploring resources such as IA, machine learning, and automation in our daily work, we value returning to the basics: the knowledge that underpins our work and a clear understanding of our industry. That's why, as part of our commitment to Perfecting Project Delivery, we launched a comprehensive learning initiative last year for our operational team, covering critical subjects in the AEC world.

The program featured 12 specialized webinars, prepared and delivered by a team of experienced staff. It covered building types, construction methods, code comprehension across different markets, and tips for maintaining attention to detail when preparing a set of drawings for different project phases.
Increasing our understanding of the technical topics we face daily allows us to find better solutions, in less time, with greater impact.

The initiative, hosted by Corbis House (our strategic training environment) and powered by a gamification approach to increase engagement, built a learning path closely aligned with our clients' needs. It reflected both technical and practical demands from real projects, ensuring our staff develops a comprehensive and impactful skill set. 43 trainees participated in this activity, led by 12 speakers over three months.
In the coming months, we will share articles highlighting key insights from these sessions because we believe knowledge grows stronger when it’s shared. Keep tuned for more.
