Ken boasts over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, significantly contributing to the success of high-profile projects while facilitating business growth. His journey from architecture to construction management to real estate development reflects a passion for innovation, collaboration, and excellence in project delivery. As Managing Director of Construction and Development, he brings an extensive knowledge of project delivery methods, enabling him to consolidate critical data to forecast project pipelines effectively, thus ensuring profitability objectives more effectively.

His early career experiences with architecture in New York City, as well as subsequent experiences in Los Angeles, California, focusing on construction, laid the groundwork for a career marked by diverse projects ranging from commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and multi-family complexes to theme parks such as Walt Disney Land in California, with construction values exceeding $1 billion while meeting tight deadlines.

"Working on the relationship between stakeholders is key to making the work go smoothly. Building trust is important."

Among his most recent achievements is the Ivy Station project in Culver City, California, a 5-acre, transit-oriented, mixed–use complex connecting train commuters as well as communities. With a 148-room hotel, 200 apartment units, a 300,000 square-foot office building, over 50,000 square feet of retail spaces, and 1,500 parking places, this project highlighted Ken's ability to tackle logistical challenges between two rapidly evolving and distinct areas of The City of Los Angeles and Culver City – the historic downtown and the Culver City Arts- while fostering stakeholder trust. Furthermore, Ken's path has been marked by various roles, such as managing the construction process, coordinating municipal agencies, estimating, bidding, negotiating contracts and change orders, and leading architectural, design, and engineering teams to success on complex projects. His extensive portfolio has contributed significantly to his skill set and strategic vision, from his time at Bernards Construction as Project Executive to Vice President of Construction at StarPoint Properties.

A natural bridge builder, Ken fosters communication and collaboration to find common ground. His secret sauce? Communication, teamwork, and leadership.

When not tackling complex projects, he finds solace in music, composing in his home studio. This East Coast native also seeks the calming energy of the ocean to relax and unwind.
