The 227th McDonald's location in Argentina is now open, and we at Corbis are proud to have contributed to a project that sets a new benchmark for innovation and efficiency in the retail sector.
Located in Neuquén, a province in the south of the country, this new restaurant brings together several sustainable and tech-forward initiatives:
- ✅ Modular construction: Reduced carbon footprint and enhanced quality standards through dry construction in controlled environments.
- ✅Solar energy: 35 state-of-the-art solar panels to generate 30,000 kWh annually.
- ✅ Efficient design: LED lighting, programmable HVAC systems, and condensate water recovery for irrigation and cleaning.
Our Program Management team collaborated closely with Arcos Dorados throughout the restaurant's development and construction.
