October Recap: Building lasting partnerships, Coast to Coast | Corbis: News & Agenda

Our teams have recently visited clients from the East to the West Coast, meeting with their architects and project managers, touring sites, and sharing valuable insights. These visits mean more than proximity; it's about building relationships that make every project smoother and more successful.

Delivering our clients' projects as if they were our own means that we genuinely value partnership. That's why we love meeting our clients face-to-face: listening, exchanging ideas, and building the trust that turns collaboration into long-term success.

In October, our teams hit both coasts for a series of visits that reminded us why relationships matter as much as results. We have also attended some relevant domestic events, such as the Bisnow conference and Magbit breakfast.

From the East Coast, the 10SB and OBMI teams.

On the Architectural Production side, our Director, Delfina Casado, and Project Manager, Nerina Bellencin, joined Program Architect Florencia Romanutti to connect with Mara Ramos and Rene Rodriguez from Egan | Simon Architecture; Julio Medina, Jose Amador, and Celina Echezarreta from SILLMAN; Natalia Valdes and Liora Haymann from OBMI; Matt Peterson, Jameson MacNichol and Hermann Gonzalez from 10SB; Todd Erlandson and Marisol Chinchilla from March Studio; Tom Miera from AC Martin; Drew Pedrick from MCTIGUE; and Norberto Nardi from Nardi Associates.

Meanwhile, Ezequiel Mascuka, our Construction Project Manager from the CM team, visited JPI, where we discussed how design coordination during preconstruction continues to reduce RFIs and prevent additional costs during construction. We also caught up with Khristopher Drake and Steve Bermudez from ProWest Constructors for a job-site tour and a valuable exchange on market trends and upcoming opportunities.

These visits create valuable opportunities to exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships, and learn from real project experiences. They also allow us to see firsthand how we can help our clients keep perfecting project delivery.
