It’s been a few days since our participation in the new edition of the largest commercial real estate gathering. This time, over 24,000 developers, investors, and key players in the shopping center industry came together at the Las Vegas Convention Center, alongside more than 800 retail brand exhibitors. The atmosphere was optimistic, according to the speakers and the like-minded professionals we engaged. Here are our takeaways.

Despite macroeconomic uncertainty, new tariffs, and rate volatility, the atmosphere remained optimistic at ICSC Las Vegas. As the keynote speaker, Kendra Scott,stated, “activity breeds activity,” highlighting that the sector is healthy and brands are expanding, especially in open-air shopping centers.
