Since 2018, Delfina has brought a comprehensive vision to every challenge, ensuring accountability for each project. Her remarkable growth has led her to become the Director of Architectural Production. This position suits her perfectly due to her more than ten years of experience working with architects, interpersonal skills, and passion for learning to stay ahead of the curve.

Delfina manages a business unit focused on projects from architectural studios, using her expertise to guide our clients to success. She has carried out several national and international projects, specializing in the residential sector, from 487,630 square feet of Senior Housing in California to luxury houses in the Bahamas.

When it comes to project delivery, empathy, closeness, and warmth pave the way to understanding what is best for our clients. That is the first step to fulfill their needs.

Eager to gain new professional experiences, she has worked alongside the client as an on-site coordinator in San Francisco and Miami, where she understood the importance of building strong relationships with clients to better understand their needs.

Besides being an architect, Delfina is a natural leader and problem-solver who consistently drives her teams to succeed. Her results-oriented mindset and excellent task-management skills allow her to stay on top of every detail. As well as pursuing clients' objectives, she is fully committed to achieving outstanding results.

When she is not leading her team, she brings her passion for architecture home and enjoys designing and drawing cozy corners while Coldplay plays in the background.
